We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. To compy with new regulations we must explain when and why we collect personal information and how we use it and how we keep it secure.
We obtain information when you enrol for a course. Information is collected when you enrol online or complete and return an enrolment form to us. The only data collected is that which is necessary to provide you with access to your course and our tutor support and marking services ( ie your name, address, phone and email address).
No payment card information is held by Campbell's College as online payments are collected by Shopify or Paypal who specialised in secure payment processing.
We record your requests for information for a limited time and also feedback received from you.
Personal data collected is only used in connection with your course and to provide useful information which is sent to you by email such as exam entry reminders, revision course reminders etc.
When you have completed your studies, we retain basic information on our archive accounting records but can delete your details on request.
We never share your information with third parties - only the Campbell's administration team and your personal tutor have access. The only exception is that we are required to provide your name and course to ICSA in order to receive statistical analysis of results. We no longer receive individual results.
Our website is hosted on a secure server and we have the necessary security certificates and all enrolment and payment data is processed through an established and well known third party provider with extra levels of security - but you should be aware that the internet can never be 100% secure so any personal information transmitted is at your own risk. Once received, we use security on our computer systems to prevent unauthorised access.
