CSQS Exams
Exams are held in June & November at centres around the
country and overseas. All CSQS exams are 3 hour closed book exams in which
extended answers to problem based questions will need to be written. ICSA
often base questions on scenarios or case studies which reflect issues faced
by a company secretary at work. The final module is a final test of
competence based on all the other modules and can only be sat when you have
passed or gained exemption from all the other modules.
Registration with
ICSA and exam entry:
You must register with ICSA for the
exams. Registration / exam
entry forms can be downloaded from
the
ICSA website (how to Register page) or you can now
register for the exams online through the My ICSA area of the site.

It is your responsibility to register
with ICSA in order to sit the exams. You must send in an
initial registration form and then an exam entry form for every exam
sitting.

Note: ICSA are no longer posting
exam entry confirmation slips to students - you must download your own from
the 'MY ICSA' area of the ICSA website. You must also take photo ID with you
into the exam.
Results
are normally released 8 - 10 weeks after the exam. You can access your
result by logging into the 'MYICSA' area of the ICSA website.
