ICSA Chartered Secretaries
Qualifying Scheme (CSQS)
Exams are held in June & November at centres around the
country and overseas. All CSQS exams are 3 hour closed book exams in which
extended answers to problem based questions will need to be written. ICSA
often base questions on scenarios or case studies which reflect issues faced
by a company secretary at work. The final module is a final test of
competence based on all the other modules and can only be sat when you have
passed or gained exemption from all the other modules.
