are qualified in management, corporate Law, accounts, corporate
governance, administration and company secretarial practice. They
are trained to chart a course through regulation, legislation and
best practice and to deliver effective operations.
Chartered Secretaries
work as company secretaries and in senior positions in companies,
charities, local government and trade organisations.

a registered tuition provider of ICSA courses and offers training
for the following ICSA qualifications:
ICSA International Qualifying:
The ICSA's
International Qualifying Scheme (IQS) is the only professional
accreditation programme to offer postgraduate training across
board-level business practices: corporate governance; law; finance;
administration; company secretaryship and management.
Note: The IQS will be
replaced by the new ICSA CSQS for the June 2011 exams.
