Students accepted by ICSA
onto the Fast Track programme only need to sit two exams in order to
qualify.
Once you have achieved GradICSA status you can immediately apply for full
Membership (ACIS) and become a Chartered Secretary.
The subjects you must
take are: Corporate Secretarial
Practice and Chartered Secretaries

final case study module which covers material from the other modules and how
this might be applied to a case study. The
final mailing is produced after publication of the pre-seen element of
the exam case study.
Am I eligible for the Fast Track Scheme?
To be eligible you must be a fully-qualified and current
member of one of the following major accountancy bodies:

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and
Wales (ICAEW)

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS)
-
The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI)
-
The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
-
The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
-
The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and
Accountancy (CIPFA)
Or you must be a fully qualified lawyer and current
member of the Law Society or compliant with the Qualified Lawyers
Transfer Regulations.You must also have a minimum of five years' professional
experience. Appropriate experience would include:

Company secretarial and legal work

Corporate governance

Financial management
-
Committee administration and accounting
-
General management and administration
-
Pensions
-
Insurance
You will need to send your full CV with your current job
description along with your application to ICSA so that they may assess
the suitability of your experience. Once you are sure you will be
accepted, you may start on a course of study with us.
ICSA fee: There is a special package price for this
scheme of £1,275 payable to ICSA. This package price includes a
non-refundable registration fee, a one year annual subscription fee,
exemption fees and one exam entry for both of the applicable modules.
Campbell's fees are additional to this.
