All ICSA Members are required to
carry out a total of 20 hours mandatory CPD per year. See the ICSA website

The good news is that you can
now do this by taking one of our distance learning courses for the new
syllabus Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS). This is the ideal
opportunity to refresh your knowledge, study a new subject or to study a
subject from which you were exempt.
How it works: The format
will be the same as our regular distance learning
for CSQS, but you only need to send in four
assignments to us for marking and of course there are no exams to sit!
On completion, we will sign your CPD
self-evaluation evidence sheet which you can then submit to ICSA as proof of
formal CPD.
Studying one module and completing four assignments will give you the full 20 hours.
